1. Delivery Availability
Once you place your order, we will confirm the earliest available delivery date/time for your selected item.
2. Correct Delivery Details
To avoid delays or delivery issues, please ensure you provide:

Full recipient address (including building name, apartment/villa number)

Your contact number and/or email address
This helps us contact you or the recipient if we need to confirm delivery details.
3. Delivery Timing & Courier Service
We always do our best to deliver on the requested date/time window. However, please note that delivery is completed through third-party courier services.
In rare cases where delivery within the requested time is not possible (traffic, weather, courier delays, peak seasons), we will notify you whenever possible and will either:

Arrange an alternative delivery time, or

Provide a full refund (if delivery cannot be completed)
4. Recipient Not Available
Delivery will be made to the address provided in good faith. We cannot be held responsible if:

The recipient has moved or is unavailable

The recipient refuses delivery

The order cannot be returned after delivery attempt
5. Delivery Cut-Off Times & Charges
Before placing your order, please review all delivery cut-off times, delivery areas, and delivery charges shown at checkout.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
6. Order Changes / Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us at:

✅ We require at least 48 hours’ notice before the delivery date for changes/cancellations.
7. Non-Cancellable Items
Orders cannot be cancelled or returned for:

Perishable products (such as fresh flowers) once dispatched

Customized items once customization has started (cards, arrangements, special requests, etc.)
8. Non-Perishable Items (Non-Customized)
For non-perishable and non-customized goods, you may cancel your order up to:

Please note:

You are responsible for return delivery costs

Items must be returned within 3 calendar days after cancellation

Any extra delivery upgrades are non-refundable

Jory Flowers may deduct an amount if goods are returned damaged or reduced in value
9. Flowers Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, fresh flowers cannot be returned once dispatched or delivered.
If non-flower items need to be returned, they must be returned to:

10. Fraudulent Payments
You may cancel payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit/debit card by a third party not acting on your behalf.
Where applicable, we will re-credit payments unless the card issuer has already reimbursed the amount.
