2) Flowers & Substitutions

Flowers are natural products, so shades and sizes may vary slightly.

If a flower/color is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar item of equal or higher value while keeping the same style.
3) Custom Requests

Color changes, wrapping changes, and add-ons (balloons, numbers, letters, chocolates, perfumes, etc.) are subject to availability.
4) Delivery

We will do our best to deliver within your requested time.

Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, building access, or high-demand dates.

Please ensure the recipient’s address and contact number are correct.
5) Changes & Cancellations

Changes/cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before delivery.

Orders cannot be cancelled once prepared or dispatched.
6) Refunds & Returns

Fresh flowers cannot be returned due to their perishable nature.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.
